SellerAi helps cross-border ecommerce operators generate and refine marketplace content with AI, templates, private knowledge bases, and public platform reference sources. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to users.

Information we collect

• Account information, such as name, email address, login provider identifiers, and workspace membership.
• Content you provide, including prompts, chat messages, template form inputs, generated outputs, uploaded or typed knowledge documents, product notes, brand rules, and support materials.
• App and service data, such as usage events, request metadata, device or app version information, diagnostics, and security logs.
• Public platform knowledge collected from official ecommerce platform pages, including source URLs, titles, crawl timestamps, and extracted policy/help text.

How we use information

• Provide AI content generation, chat refinement, RAG retrieval, and source citation features.
• Operate accounts, workspaces, authentication, customer support, abuse prevention, and service reliability.
• Improve templates, product experience, quality, and safety. We do not use private user knowledge bases to build public platform knowledge.

User private knowledge bases

Documents and text that users upload or maintain as knowledge are treated as private workspace content. They are not merged into SellerAi's public platform knowledge base and are not shared with other customers. When private knowledge is used in chat, it is used only to serve the authorized user or workspace.

AI providers and subprocessors

SellerAi may send prompts, relevant conversation context, selected template inputs, and retrieved knowledge snippets to AI model providers or infrastructure providers solely to provide the requested features. We aim to send only the context needed for the request. Users should avoid submitting highly sensitive personal data unless it is necessary for their workflow.

Public platform sources

SellerAi may crawl or index publicly available official ecommerce platform pages, such as seller help, policy, and marketplace guidance pages. These records are stored separately from user private knowledge and include source links so generated responses can reference authoritative material where available.

Data retention and deletion

We retain account, workspace, conversation, generation, and knowledge data for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security. Users may request deletion of their account or workspace content by contacting us. Deleted knowledge documents should be removed from original storage, chunks, and embeddings within a reasonable operational period.

Security

We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect user information, including workspace-level access controls for private knowledge. No internet service can guarantee perfect security.

International use

SellerAi is designed for cross-border ecommerce teams. Information may be processed in countries or regions different from where a user is located, subject to applicable laws and provider infrastructure.

Children

SellerAi is not intended for children under 13 or the minimum age required by local law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
